What type of coverage would an insured need that is leasing tractors/trailers to Enterprise, but is also doing repair/service on his own vehicles? The vehicles the insured is servicing/repairing are tank trailers that could have hazardous chemicals.

The first thing they will need is general liability for their company. The repair service only for their own vehicles won’t change the products they need.

If he does repairs for other vehicles, he will need garage liability. They will need pollution liability to cover the hazardous chemicals. Also they will need insurance for the trucks they own for property and liability.

The challenge won’t be if the products exist, but rather what company will accept the risk.
